Seven commercial buildings are available for daily rental use. Featured at The Great Frederick Fairgrounds is the Null Building, 11,940 sq. ft. facility, that can easily seat groups of 500, and hold up to 900 people for any single event. Featuring its own sound system, Wi-Fi accessibility, restrooms, and full heating and air conditioning, the Null Building can host your special event for a variety of uses from wedding receptions, galas, expos and shows, and much more!
